You Protect Your Computer, But What About Your Phone?

Antivirus and security updates on home or work computes have gained popular acceptance, but little thought is given to their mobile device counter parts.  For those with phones running versions of Windows Mobile the following tips are published on the Microsoft website.

On their list:

  1. Windows Mobile updates.
  2. Lock your SIM card.
  3. Protect your phone.
  4. Lock your phone.
  5. Encrypt a storage card.
  6. Delete personal information.

Additionally, consider installing Kaspersky AntiVirus for Mobile which offers theft mitigation and remote resets in addition to the basics of virus protection.
